Great location, friendly staff, handy toiletries, comfy bed, lots of gastronomy options.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, with lots of restaurants and bars in the area, making it easy to find somewhere to eat or grab a drink. Lastly, the hotel room was equipped with a large fan that kept the room warm despite the chilly weather outside.

There were a few things that could have been better during my stay. The shower in the bathroom was quite ineffective and caused a huge mess every time I used it.

Located in a vibrant area, plenty of dining choices and supermarkets nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing extra fans for the warm rooms. the hotel had a convenient baggage hold service available.

Some rooms lacked proper windows for fresh air, resulting in stuffy conditions at times.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, so helpful and friendly. They even lent us a card for public transport which saved us a lot of hassle. the location is perfect, surrounded by great food spots and only a short walk to a metro station. We also appreciated the complimentary cleaning kit and water in the room.

We stayed in a ground-level room which didn't have any windows for fresh air. We also found the room quite warm and noisy at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

Friendly staff, convenient location, comfortable bed, nearby restaurants and supermarkets.

The staff at Hotel Prestige were incredibly helpful and accommodating during my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The location of the hotel is also excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel provided a cleaning kit and bottled water, which was a nice touch. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.
